  • Selling at NetVet Supply
    1. Add/Edit/Delete your items from the My Items section of your Member Options.  Be sure to maintain accurate pricing and quantities so buyers will choose your products.  Available quantites will be subtracted as sales occur and the item will be removed from public view if the quantity is depleted.
    2. When a buyer orders your item, you will receive an e-mail with a link to My Orders where you complete the transaction and ship the items.  Follow the simple steps to fulfill the order.  You can verify the quantities to be shipped, freight charges, and availability of the funds.
    3. Upon your shipment confirmation, the buyers credit card will be charged for the product and shipping charges, if any.  These funds are held in an escrow account until the Buyer receives the order and has inspected it for accuracy.  A check will then be sent to you from NetVet Supply for the transaction less our small 10% fee.  You will be reimbursed for the full amount of the shipping charges as indicated on the order request.
    4. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to My Orders to track the  payment of your new order.  THAT'S IT! 
  • Auction Selling at NetVet Supply
    1. Add your auction items into the catalog by simply choosing "Auction" in the first product entry screen.  You can Add/Edit/Delete your items from the My Items section of your Member Options.  Be sure to maintain accurate pricing and quantities so that buyers will choose your products.
    2. When a bidder is awarded your auction item, you will receive an e-mail with a link to My Orders where you complete the transaction and ship the items.  Follow the simple steps to fulfill the order.  You can verify the quantities to be shipped, freight charges, and availabilty of the funds.
    3. Upon your shipment confirmation, the buyers credit card will be charged for the product and shipping charges, if any.  These funds are held in an escrow account until the Buyer receives the order and has inspected it for accuracy.  A check will then be sent to you from NetVet Supply for the transaction less our small 10% fee.  You will be reimbursed for the full amount of the shipping charges as indicated on the order request.

    5. If no bid is received on your item before the auction expiration, the item will automatically convert to Barter unless removed by you.  THAT'S IT!
  • Selling with Barter at NetVet Supply
    1. Add your barter items into the catalog by simply choosing "Barter" in the first product entry screen.  You can Add/Edit/Delete your items from the My Items section of your Member Options.  Be sure to maintain accurate pricing and quantities so that buyers will choose your products.
    2. When a buyer orders your item, you will receive an e-mail with a link to My Orders where you complete the transaction and ship the items.  Follow the simple steps to fulfill the order.  You can verify the quantities to be shipped, the barter price, freight charges, and availabilty of the funds.
    3. Upon your shipment confirmation, the buyers credit card will be charged for the product and shipping charges, if any.  These funds are held in an escrow account until the Buyer receives the order and has inspected it for accuracy.  A check will then be sent to you from NetVet Supply for the transaction less our small 10% fee.  You will be reimbursed for the full amount of the shipping charges as indicated on the order request.

TERMS AND POLICIES FOR SELLERS

WHY SELL THROUGH NETVET SUPPLY?
Our goal is to assist you with the constant challenge of managing surplus and date sensitive inventories, but any products may be listed on this site that may have appeal to our targeted consumers.  By listing your products with NetVet Supply, you can rapidly turn your assets into working capital with technological ease. 

With this platform you may utilize our website at no cost to supplement your current marketing and distribution methods, and as an additional channel of exposure to alternate industry entities.  Customized instant e-mail alert notifications allow us to target market your offering electronically to pre-qualified buyers who have selected their product category interests.  We also have a "hot deals" area that may be used when urgency is needed.

Sellers may offer products using several methods.  Your products are marketed anonymously with fixed pricing, auction "bid" pricing, or by counter-offer bartering.  You don't have to deal with individual buyers or collect payments because we find the buyers, place the orders and pay you upon receipt of goods.  We deduct a 10% fee from your payment on all completed transactions.  Reduced fees may be negotiated on large volume orders or special circumstances prior to posting on our site.

POST YOUR LISTING/ACCEPTING ORDERS
There is no charge to list products for sale with NetVet Supply. You may post as many products for sale as you like in MY ITEMS at the member login area.  You decide on a sales method for each item; fixed price, auction or barter.  Each item may be listed as freight prepaid or F.O.B. destination.  We strongly recommend that you maintain a current and accurate listing at all times and we will assist you by sending an e-mail reminder on a weekly basis.  You may update your listings at any time in MY ITEMS at the member login area. 

You will be notified by E-mail when a buyer is interested in buying or bidding on your offering.  Please reply with acceptance, denial or counter-offer as soon as possible so we may contact the buyer.  Upon order acceptance, simply send us e-mail confirmation of shipment date.  You may use a NetVet Supply shipping label and packing slip automated with the address information.

Once an order is confirmed to us as being shipped, we will not allow a buyer to cancel the order and will consider it non-returnable if it is an auction, barter or dated item.  We allow two business days after receipt of goods for buyers to inspect the order for damage, accuracy, and the condition of the product as advertised.

PRESCRIPTION PRODUCTS
Prescription products are available to veterinarians with proper identification and to other customers with proper regulatory documentation.

FREIGHT/SHIPPING
Each item may be listed as freight prepaid or F.O.B. destination.  Buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise specified by you in your listing.  Shipping rates are calculated and included in the order submission based on weight, method, your zip code and the zip code of the buyer.  Shipping charges are calculated using rate information provided to us by UPS ground or air service, and common carrier quotation on larger orders.  Any freight charges in addition to these rates as specified on the order will be deducted from our payment to you.

SALES TAX
There is no sales tax for you to collect.  If the Seller and Buyer both reside in Arizona, we will charge the buyer an additional 7.6% state sales tax unless we are provided with a state resale certificate.

PAYMENT
Payment for purchases will be collected from the buyer at the time of order acceptance and held in a third party escrow account to insure complete and satisfactory delivery.   We allow two business days after receipt of shipment for the buyer to inspect the order prior before making payment to you.  If you prefer, you may invoice us at the time of shipment.

SECURITY/ACCESS
Payment processing from our site on the Internet is completely safe and secure.  We utilize Verisign, one of the oldest and most reliable in security with the latest SSL encryption technology to keep your information secure.

Your username and password provide confidential access to your profile, current listings and order history.  Changes can be made at any time by going to MY PROFILE and MY ITEMS at the member login area.  If you've entered a username and password that aren't accepted, check the spelling and retry.  If you are still unable to access, follow the instructions for retrieving your password.

RETURNS
Due to the nature of this service, auction, barter and dated items ordered through NetVet Supply are non-returnable.  However, we allow two business days for buyers to inspect their order for accuracy before we will release payment to you.  Other items may be considered returnable on an individual basis according to each sellers policy.  You will be asked to accept returns at your expense if the wrong item is shipped or the buyer claims the item sent is not as advertised.

NetVet Supply is not responsible for any shipping charges due to refused or undeliverable merchandise, defective merchandise or product damaged in transit.  Please use sufficient packaging materials and insurance for your protection.  Damage claims must be submitted by the seller to the carrier according to their policies.  If there is a problem with an order, shipment, or payment you may contact us at cs@netvetsupply.com.

Who is NetVet Supply?
We are a new unique web based veterinary product supply company established specifically to create an avenue for manufacturers and distributors to offer veterinarians, producers, pet owners and other industry entities direct access to quality animal health products at huge savings.

How do I register?
Just select "Sign-Up Now" from the site menu or click here and follow the simple registration instructions to register on our site. Registration will allow you to customize news and information as well as getting access to special offers on products that you need. Remember, registration is free.

What if I forget my Username or Password?
While it's best to choose a username and password you know you'll remember, there may be times when you need a reminder.  If you've entered a username and password and it isn't accepted, check the spelling (e.g. a single typing error can deny you access).  If you still can't remember, use the "Forgot Your Username/Password" feature in our login screen by simply entering in your e-mail address.  Your Username and Password will be e-mailed to you.

What if my contact information changes?
Changing your contact information, address, e-mail address or phone number is easy by going to My Profile.  Once you make a change, select "Submit".  This updates your information and sends you an e-mail confirmation that includes your username and password.

Why can't I log in?
When you register, you enter a username and password. If you register more than once, you will have to enter a different username and password each time.  Check that you're using the right password for the username you've entered.
