How It Works |
Using NetVet Supply to buy and sell animal health supplies with fixed pricing is as easy as 1-2-3!
- Buying at NetVet Supply
- Browse the catalog for items that interest you and save them in your Shopping Cart or Watch List. Both the Shopping Cart and Watch List will hold your items for as long as you like, or for as long as the product is available. You can add and remove items in both locations. Before checking out, make sure you have selected the correct quantities you want for each of your items.
- When you are finished shopping, click Proceed to Checkout. This is a simple 2 step process. First, choose a shipping option and confirm your contact and shipping information. Second, using our secure site, verify that your billing information is correct. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to My Orders to track the progress of your new order. THAT'S IT!
- Add/Edit/Delete your items from the My Items section of your Member Options . Be sure to maintain accurate pricing and quantities so buyers will choose your products.
- When a buyer orders your item, you will receive an e-mail with a link to My Orders where you complete the transaction and ship the items. Follow the simple steps to fulfill the order. You can verify the quantities to be shipped, freight charges, and availability of the funds.
- Upon your shipment confirmation, the buyers credit card will be charged for the product and shipping charges, if any. These funds are held in an escrow account until the Buyer receives the order and has inspected it for accuracy. A check will then be sent to you from NetVet Supply for the transaction less our small 10% fee. You will be reimbursed for the full amount of the shipping charges as indicated on the order request.

- Auction Bidding at NetVet Supply
- Browse the catalog for auction items that interest you and save them in your Bid List. The Bid List will hold your auction items for as long as the product is available. You can add and remove items and manage your quantities and Max Bid Price. The Max Bid Price is the highest price you are willing to pay.
- When the auction expires, the highest bidder will be the winner and NetVet Supply will automatically create an order for the requested quantity. The winning price will be the lowest price needed to beat other bidders. For example, Bidder #1 Max Price = $10.00 and Bidder #2 Max Price = $15.00, so the winning bid goes to Bidder #2 for a price of $10.01, just one penny higher that Bidder #1. If there is a remaining quantity, the next highest bidder is awarded their selected or any remaining quantity.
- If you have a winning bid, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to My Orders to track the progress of your new order. THAT'S IT!

Add your auction items into the catalog by simply choosing "Auction" in the first product entry screen. You can Add/Edit/Delete your items from the My Items section of your Member Options. Be sure to maintain accurate pricing and quantities so that buyers will choose your products.

If no bid is received on your item before the auction expiration, the item will automatically convert to Barter unless removed by you. THAT'S IT!

- Browse the catalog for barter items that interest you and save them in your Shopping Cart or Watch List. Both the Shopping Cart and Watch List will hold your items for as long as you like, or for as long as the product is available. You can add and remove items in both locations. Before checking out, make sure you have selected the correct quantities and desired barter price for each of your items.

- If the seller accepts your price, they will ship the order as requested. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to My Orders to track the progress of your new order. If the seller sends a counter offer, you will need to confirm the modified order before it is processed. THAT'S IT!
- Selling with Barter at NetVet Supply
- Add your barter items into the catalog by simply choosing "Barter" in the first product entry screen. You can Add/Edit/Delete your items from the My Items section of your Member Options. Be sure to maintain accurate pricing and quantities so that buyers will choose your products.
- When a buyer orders your item, you will receive an e-mail with a link to My Orders where you complete the transaction and ship the items. Follow the simple steps to fulfill the order. You can verify the quantities to be shipped, the barter price, freight charges, and availabilty of the funds.
- Upon your shipment confirmation, the buyers credit card will be charged for the product and shipping charges, if any. Who is NetVet Supply? We are a new unique web based veterinary product supply company established specifically to create an avenue for manufacturers and distributors to offer veterinarians, producers, pet owners and other industry entities direct access to quality animal health products at huge savings .
How do I register? Just select "Sign-Up Now" from the site menu or click here and follow the simple registration instructions to register on our site. Registration will allow you to customize news and information as well as getting access to special offers on products that you need. Remember, registration is free.
What if I forget my Username or Password? While it's best to choose a username and password you know you'll remember, there may be times when you need a reminder. If you've entered a username and password and it isn't accepted, check the spelling (e.g. a single typing error can deny you access). If you still can't remember, use the "Forgot Your Username/Password" feature in our login screen by simply entering in your e-mail address. Your Username and Password will be e-mailed to you.
What if my contact information changes? Changing your contact information, address, e-mail address or phone number is easy by going to My Profile . Once you make a change, select "Submit". This updates your information and sends you an e-mail confirmation that includes your username and password.
Why can't I log in?
When you register, you enter a username and password. If you register more than once, you will have to enter a different username and password each time. Check that you're using the right password for the username you've entered. |
